1 · Confidential information

Each party may share pricing, specifications, supplier and buyer identities, and commercial terms. All of it is treated as confidential.

2 · Use

Confidential information is used solely to evaluate and complete a potential transaction through GDI Exchange, and for no other purpose.

3 · Non-circumvention

Neither party will bypass Global Deal Inc. to deal directly with an introduced counterparty for the duration of the engagement.

4 · Term

Confidentiality obligations survive for three years from the date of signature.
